    It is essential to keep writing. As an educator of writing, I know that the first two weeks back from any long break is time to review, refresh and begin again.

  2. Great ideas Sybil. You are right that we don’t express enough gratitude. Often we only thank those who are directly in front of us and forget about everybody else.

    Sending everyone a card is a surefire way to show your gratitude.

  3. Writing thank you cards is the best. It teaches kids to say thanks and helps them to practice writing. You could even have them help create the actual card too.
